摘要
目的:探讨自体血清对准分子术后干眼症的治疗作用。方法:选取某医院眼科就诊行准分子激光手术(LASIK)的患者64例,按照随机方法分为自体血清组和对照组,每组32例患者,术后对照组常规使用氟米龙滴眼液及加替沙星滴眼液,自体血清组添加使用自体血清,观察两组患者术后眼部泪膜破裂时间,泪液分泌试验的变化。结果:通过术后1周、2周、1个月的观察,自体血清组患者较对照组的泪膜破裂时间及泪液分泌明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体血清对准分子术后患者干眼症有明显的临床效用。
Objective：Explore the therapeutic effect of autologous serum on excimer laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK） postoperative dry eyes. Methods： 64 patients undergoing excimer laser surgery（LASIK） in ophthalmology department of hospital were selected,randomly divided into autologous serum group and control group, 32 patients in each group, the routine use of Fluorometholone Eye Drops and Gatifloxacin Eye Drops in the control group after the surgery, autologous serum group was added with autologous serum, to observe the change of ocular tear break-up time and tear secretion test in the two groups. Results：Through one week, two weeks, one month observation after the surgery, tear break-up time, Schirmer＇test of autologous serum group were increased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Autologous serum has clinical effect on patients with dry eye after excimer laser refractive surgery.
