摘要
目的在宜昌市精神卫生中心建立移动查房系统,探讨该系统提升医护效率、服务质量及提高患者满意方面的作用。方法利用4G移动通信网络,通过虚拟化和云计算技术,构建一种成本低廉、高效易用的移动查房系统。结论通过该系统,可以降低医护人员的工作强度,优化工作流程,拉近医患距离,提升医护人员的服务质量及患者的满意度,有效减少医疗差错和事故,保障医疗质量与安全。
To establish a mobile clinical workstation in Yichang Mental Health Center, and to explore the role of the system in improving the efficiency of care, quality of service and patient satisfaction. Methods： Using 4G mobile communication network, through the virtualization and cloud computing technology, to build a low cost, efficient and easy used mobile clinical workstation. Conclusion： Through this system, we can reduce the work intensity of medical staff, optimize the work flow, narrow the distance between doctors and patients, improve the quality of service and patient satisfaction, effectively reduce medical errors and accidents, and ensure the quality and safety of medical care.
