既有桥梁的桥面铺装层维护整治设计

摘要 针对既有桥梁的桥面铺装层普遍存在的典型病害问题,通过重庆市区内两座实际桥梁的提档升级维护整治设计及其病害的主要原因分析。结果表明:采用超快硬性的改进型环氧粘结层及环氧碎石混凝土进行修复,可尽快恢复路面交通;在既有混凝土桥面加铺5mm厚黑色环氧防滑薄层不影响桥梁结构安全;只有不断创新铺装施工工艺,采用新材料、新技术、新工艺,从设计、施工、养护等方面采取综合措施,才能更好地消除桥面铺装的病害,保证桥面铺装的质量。 In view of the existing bridge deck surfacing layer of the prevalence of typical disease problem, by the Chongqing area two practical bridge lift gear upgrades maintenance regulation design and analysis of the main causes of diseases. The results show that the modified epoxy cementing layer and epoxy crushed concrete are used to repair the road surface. The safety of the bridge is not affected by the 5mm thick black epoxy anti-slip layer on the existing concrete bridge. Only constant innovation pavement construction technology, the use of new materials, new technologies, new processes, from design, construction, maintenance and other aspects to take comprehensive measures, to eliminate the disease of bridge deck pavement, better guarantee the quality of bridge deck pavement.
