摘要
校企合作是高职人才培养的必由之路。我校信息安全与管理专业与行业主流安全企业合作,探索"专企融合"的三级学院建设模式,以院务委员会管理学院运行。校企双方遵循共同规划、共同组织、共同建设、共同管理、共享成果、共担风险的原则,通过在课程共建、师资共育、基地共享、技术共研等方面的深度融合,用企业真实项目引领教学,紧密合作培养信息安全急需的专门人才。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is the only way for talent training in higher vocational education.The cyber security specialty of our school and the mainstream security cooperation,explore the ＂ integration of specialty and enterprise ＂ of the three grade college mode,to run the council school of management.Both sides follow the principle of joint planning,joint organization,common development,common management,sharing results and risk sharing,through the integration in the course of construction,teachers＇ co education,research and technology base,sharing the depth of lead teaching with the real project,close cooperation of specialized personnel training of information security needs.
