摘要
在光与亚波长金属结构的相互作用所引起的各种现象中,表面等离激元起着至关重要的作用。本文利用时域有限差分法对金光栅结构薄膜的异常光透射现象进行了研究,通过改变光栅常数的条宽、周期,探讨了这些参数对特征峰的影响规律;通过介质层的引入,研究了不同折射率的光谱特征;这为光通滤波器与传感器的应用提供了指导,同时也加深了光子与金属中电子相互作用的理解。
Surface plasmons play a crucial role in various phenomena caused by the interaction of light and subwavelength metal structures.In this dissertation,the abnormal light transmission phenomenon of the gold grating film is studied by the finite-difference time-domain method.By changing the width and period of the grating constant,the influence of these parameters on the characteristic peaks is discussed.The introduction of the dielectric layer is studied.Spectral characteristics of different refractive indices; this provides guidance for the application of optical filters and sensors,and also deepens understanding of the interaction of photons with electrons in metals.
