摘要
采用有限元仿真的方法,针对适用于钠冷快堆堆内高温环境的超声波导杆的声波传播特性进行了仿真研究,分析了不锈钢超声波导杆中尾随脉冲出现的原因,并针对这一现象,分别对高温下的圆柱形、单锥形、双锥形超声波导杆进行仿真研究,实验结果表明,高温环境有利于波导杆噪声的抑制,单、双锥形超声波导杆对于噪声的抑制具有显著的效果。
Study on the acoustic propagation characteriatics of ultrasonic waveguide transducer which applicable to the high temperature environment in soudium-cooled fast reactor by using finite element simulation. Analyze the reason of the following pulse in stainless steel ultrasonic waveguide transducer. And in response to this phenomenon, we conduct some cimulation studies on cylindrical, single cone and double cone ultrasonic waveguide transducer in high temperature environment respectively. The results show that the high temperature environment helps the suppress noise and the single cone and double cone ultrasonic waveguide transducer have a signicicant effect on suppressing the noise.
