摘要
目的探讨在初产妇产后应用延续性健康教育对康复进程及纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法以180例健康初产妇作为受试对象,随机分为常规组和延续性组,前者在出院前给予常规护理,后者在出院后给予延续性健康教育。观察两组产后康复进程及纯母乳喂养情况。结果延续性组的恶露消失时间和月经恢复时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05);延续性组的纯母乳喂养技巧、积极作用及喂养注意事项评分均远高于常规组,且纯母乳喂养率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);延续性组的乳腺炎和产乳感染发生率远低于常规组,且前者的新生儿出生3个月后体质量明显高于后者(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇产后实施延续性健康教育能够有效缩短康复进程,改善产妇对纯母乳喂养健康知识的掌握情况,提高纯母乳喂养率,减少并发症,确保新生儿健康生长。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous healthy education on postpartum rehabilitation process and exclusive breastfeeding rate of primipara. Methods A total of 180 healthy primiparas were randomly divided into routine group and continuity group. The former was given routine nursing before discharge, while the latter was given continuous health education after discharge. The postpartum rehabilitation and exclusive breastfeeding of both groups were observed.Results The lochia disappearance time and menstrual recovery time in the continuity group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group（P〈0.05）. The scores of pure breastfeeding skills, positive effects and feeding attention scores in the continuity group were much higher than those in the routine group, of which the breast feeding rate was significantly higher than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）. The incidences of mastitis and milk infection in the continuity group were much lower than those in the routine group, the body mess of the newborns after 3 months of the former group was much higher than that of the latter group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of continuous healthy education for primipara can effectively shorten the rehabilitation process, improve the maternal health knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding,improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding, reduce complications and ensure the healthy growth of newborns.
