摘要
目的探究康复新液联合湿润烧伤膏在治疗小儿口腔溃疡方面的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的小儿口腔溃疡患儿50例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。两组患儿均给予维生素B2进行治疗,对照组在此基础上给予湿润烧伤膏进行治疗,试验组则采用康复新液联合湿润烧伤膏进行治疗。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、退热时间和溃疡愈合时间。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,退热时间和口腔溃疡愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合湿润烧伤膏治疗小儿口腔溃疡效果显著,能够快速改善患儿的临床症状,帮助患儿退热,加快溃疡愈合,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with moist burn cream in treatment of pediatric oral ulcer. Methods A total of 50 cases of children with oral ulcer admitted in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 25 cases in each group. Both groups were given vitamin B2 treatment, the control group was given moist burn cream treatment on the basis of this, the experimental group adopted Kangfuxin solution combined with moist burn cream treatment. The clinical efficacy, antifebrile and ulcer healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the time of antifebrile and oral ulcer healing were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with moist burn cream in treatment of pediatric oral ulcer has significant effects, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children＇ oral ulcer,help children to get out of heat, accelerate the healing of the ulcer, it deserves promotion.
