摘要
针对目前高校基建档案在归档质量方面存在的一些细节性问题,需从根本上采取相应措施加以改善。如理顺基建档案的归档渠道;对基建档案归档工作实行前端介入、全程监督把控归档质量;严格落实对基建工程施工单位的约束机制等。
As to the detailed problems in quality of infrastructure archives in colleges and universities, it is necessary to take corresponding measures to improve them fundamentally, including straightening out the filing channel of infrastructure archives,carrying out front-end intervention and supervising the whole process of filing, and strictly implementing the constraint mechanism of the construction units of infrastructure projects.
