摘要
反浮选生产氯化钾工艺是目前察尔汗盐湖地区主要的钾肥生产工艺,由于近年来湖区卤水日益紧张,采用溶剂补给进行固体钾矿的转化,卤水质量日益下降,因此如何合理利用现有卤水资源,发挥卤水最佳效能,提高盐田晒矿效率和加工车间氯化钾回收率是提高卤水利用的关键。文章针对加工车间影响浮选的因素进行研究分析。
The production of potassium chloride by reverse flotation is the main production process of potash fertilizer in the Chalhan Salt Lake region. Due to the increasingly tight brine in the Lake District in recent years,the supply of solid potassium ore by solvent replenishment has led to the declining quality of brine,so it is the key to improve the utilization of brine how to make rational use of existing brine resources to play the best performance of brine to improve salt drying efficiency and recovery of potassium chloride in the processing plant. In the paper,it was researched and analyzed the impact of flotation processing workshop.
