摘要
高校考试招生制度改革话语权弱化引发的社会质疑受不同利益主体利益追求和改革本身不足等多种因素的影响。国家制度建设需要、满足利益统一是高校考试招生制度改革话语权的重构依据。基于此,重塑高校考试招生制度改革的价值认同力,彰显高校考试招生制度改革的多元利益均衡诉求,凝聚高校考试招生制度改革利益冲突解决的实在精神,将成为实现高校考试招生制度改革话语权的重构指向。这对于完善和发展中国特色社会主义教育制度,推进治理体系和治理能力的现代化具有积极的作用。
The social doubt caused by the weakening discourse power in the reform of college examination enrollment system is influenced by factors like the interest pursuit of different interest subjects and the inherent deficiencies of the reform etc.To perfect national institution and satisfy multiple interests are the basis for reconstructing the discourse power of college enrollment system reform.Based on this,reshaping the value recognition of the college enrollment system reform,highlighting the appeal for a balance of multiple interests,and embodying the practical spirit of conflict resolution,will be key to the reconstruction of discourse power,which has a positive effect on the improvement and development of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of governance systems and governance capabilities.
