中学思政教师科研能力状况分析--以岳阳市为例 被引量:1

摘要 科研能力作为新时期中学思政教师必备素质及专业成长的重要指标,是教师从经验型向专家型转化的必经途径,也是教师进行教育科学研究、深化教育教学改革的重要保障。然而,对岳阳市10所中学思政教师的调查结果表明,思政教师普遍存在科研意识薄弱、科研动力不足、科研素养不高、科研时间有限、科研培训缺位、科研资金资助力度不足、科研成果质量有限等问题。有必要从端正思政教师的科研态度、强化科研意识入手,加强对中学思政教师科研能力的培训,创造良好的科研环境和条件,建立健全评价与激励机制,推进和落实教师职称制度的改革,以促进中学思政教师科研能力的提高。 Scientific research ability is an important indicator of middle school ideological and political teachers’ essential quality and professional growth in the new period, is also an indispensable process for teachers to transform from an experiential to an expert teacher, as well as a crucial guarantee for the teachers to conduct scientific research on education and deepen education teaching reform. However, the survey results of the teachers from 10 middle schools in Yueyang city showed that most ideological and political teachers commonly have the following problems: be weak in scientific research awareness, lack of scientific motivation and training, scientific literacy is low, limited research time and insufficient funding, along with deficient research results. It is necessary to start from changing the ideological and political teachers’ attitudes, strengthening scientific research awareness and training of teachers’ scientific research ability in middle schools, creating better research atmosphere and conditions, establishing and improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism, promoting and implementing the reform of the system of the teachers’ title, in order to improve ideological and political teachers’ ability.
