摘要
目的:分析SBAR沟通模式在儿科医护交班中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1~2017年3月收治的690例患儿作为对照组,2017年4月~2017年6月收治的690例患儿作为观察组。对照组采取传统交班模式,观察组采取SBAR沟通模式进行交班。结果:观察组交班问题发生率4.64%,明显低于对照组交班问题发生率11.45%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组交班时间为(9.36±1.75)min,对照组交班时间为(12.03±2.16)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者满意度97.39%和医生满意度94.49%,高于对照组患者满意度83.18%和医生满意度84.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿科护理中应用SBAR沟通模式进行交班,可有效减少交班问题的发生,提升患者和医生满意度,提高护理质量,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of SBAR communication mode in pediatric medical staff shift. Method 690 children admitted to our hospital from January to March 2017 were selected as control group and 690 children admitted from April to June in 2017 as observation group. The control group adopted the traditional shift mode,and the observation group adopted the SBAR shift mode to nursing shift. Results The incidence of shift problems in the observation group（4. 64%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（11. 45%）,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 01）. The shift time in the observation group was（9. 36 ± 1. 75） min,and（12. 03 ± 2. 16） min in the control groupmin,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Patient satisfaction（97. 39%） and doctor satisfaction（94. 49%） in the observation group were significantly higher than patient satisfaction（83. 18%） and doctor satisfaction（84. 93%） in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode in shift in pediatric nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of shift problems,enhance the satisfaction of patients and doctors,improve the quality of nursing. and is worthy of further promotion and application.
