摘要
目的:分析纤维蛋白原(FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、D-二聚体的检测对评定肝硬化患者肝损伤程度的临床意义。方法:选取47例肝硬化患者作为甲组,再选取同期的健康成人47例为乙组,对两组患者的FIB、APTT、PT、TT、D-二聚体的水平进行分析对比。结果:甲组APTT、PT、TT、D-二聚体比乙组健康成人明显延长,FIB则明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝功能A、B、C级患者的APTT、PT、TT、D-二聚体依次延长,FIB则依次降低。三个级别中任何两级患者的FIB、APTT、PT、TT、D-二聚体检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化患者进行凝血四项和D-二聚体检查,有利于早期发现肝病所造成的凝血机制障碍,能协助医生对肝脏受损程度进行准确评定.
Objective To analyze the fibrinogen（FIB）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,prothrombin time（PT）,thrombin time（TT）,two D-dimer detection in patients with liver cirrhosis and its clinical significance. Method 47 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis as a healthy adult,again selected 47 cases in group B,the two groups of patients with FIB,APTT,PT,TT,comparative analysis of two D-dimer levels. Results The group of APTT,PT,TT,D-two dimer was longer than group B in healthy adults,FIB decreased significantly（P〈0. 05）. Liver function A,B,C in patients with APTT,PT,TT,D-two dimers extend in turn,FIB decreased. FIB,any of the two patients with grade three levels in APTT,PT,TT,D-two dimer examination results were significantly different（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The liver cirrhosis with four items of blood coagulation and two D-dimer examination is helpful for the early detection of liver disease caused by the disturbance of blood coagulation,can help doctors to accurately assess the extent of damage of liver.
