基于正交投影法的犹豫模糊决策方法及其在军事训练中应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对决策者做评估时会出现分歧和犹豫的情况,犹豫模糊集给出了多个隶属度,较好地反映了决策者的意见。正交投影法则克服了传统的TOPSIS法中同一方案会同时接近正负理想解的缺陷,能够得到较为良好的决策效果。鉴于此,本文将把二者相结合,提出了一种新的决策方法。首先给出了犹豫模糊"垂面"距离,并讨论了同一"垂面"上点的性质;然后提出了一种基于正交投影法的犹豫模糊多属性决策方法;最后利用军事训练方面的应用实例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 Considering that decision makers may have hesitations or disagreements when making evalu- ations, hesitant fuzzy sets can solve this problem by providing more than one membership degree, which can well reflect the opinions of the decision makers. On the other hand, the vertical projection method resolves the problem that a project may be close to both the ideal solution and the negative ideal solution simultaneously in the TOPSIS method, providing a desirable decision making result. Combining both the hesitant fuzzy set and the vertical projection method, a new decision method is proposed in this paper. We first give a hesitant fuzzy vertical projection distance, and then discuss the properties of the points in the same vertical plane; After that, we propose a hesitant fuzzy multi- attribute decision making method based on the vertical projection method; Finally, a specific applica- tion example concerning military training is given to illustrate the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed method.
