摘要
采用易分离、再生的磁铁矿粉对焦化污水进行深度处理,考察了pH值、吸附剂投加量、温度等对处理效果的影响,并对吸附行为和扩散机理进行动力学研究。结果表明,磁铁矿粉对焦化废水中有机物的最佳吸附条件为:pH=4.0,吸附剂投加量5.0%,温度303 K,停留时间15 min,吸附量可达2.5 mg/g。吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型,受到颗粒内扩散和膜扩散的双重控制。而且吸附活化能为1.61 k J/mol,表明吸附过程以物理吸附为主。
Segregative and regenerative magnetite powder was used to treat coking wastewater. The effects of pH,adsorbent dosage,and temperature on the treatment were investigated. The adsorption behavior and diffusion mechanism were investigated into magnetite adsorption process. The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions of organic compounds in coking wastewater by magnetite were pH = 4. 0,the amount of magnetite was 5. 0 %,the reaction temperature and residence time were 303 K and 15 min,respectively. The adsorption capacity was up to 2. 5 mg/g. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model was appropriate for magnetite adsorption,controlled by intra-particle diffusion and membrane diffusion,and the adsorption activition energy was 1. 61 k J/mol,which indicated that the mainly sorption function was physical sorption.
