摘要
催化裂化是石油炼制的重要过程之一,在催化剂的作用下,通过加热的方式促使重油发生裂化反应生产裂化气、汽油和柴油。催化裂化工艺流程中产生的烟气含有大量的硫化物,对设备造成了腐蚀,同时对环境产生了很大的影响。因此对催化裂化烟气进行脱硫脱硝等无害化处理,对于保护生产装置和外部环境都具有重要意义。主要论述了应用比较成熟的烟气脱硫工艺,并对烟气脱硫技术的发展提出了预测和建议。
Catalytic cracking is one of the most important processes in petroleum refining.Under the action of catalyst, the cracking of heavy oil is promoted by heating, which produces cracking gas, gasoline and diesel oil.The flue gas produced in the catalytic cracking process contains a large amount of sulphide, which causes corrosion to the equipment and has a great influence on the environment.Therefore, the harmless treatment of FCC flue gas, such as desulphurization and denitrification, is of great significance for the protection of the production equipment and the external environment.This paper discusses the more mature flue gas desulfurization technology, and outs forward the forecast and suggestion for the development of FGD technology.
