摘要 在星载机械可动天线地面测试试验中,重力会对其工作性能产生不利影响。重力卸载作为减弱重力影响的重要措施,在地面试验中被广泛应用。然而,由于天线结构形式、驱动能力及试验状态的不同和天线卸载状态的差异,均会影响到试验数据的准确性。为了能够更好地选择合理的卸载方式,分析了影响机械可动天线卸载的关键因素,对比了不同卸载方式的差异,阐述了天线卸载的设计要点。通过对天线卸载设计过程的详细描述和要点分析,为天线地面试验零重力卸载提供了技术参考和依据。 The performances of the space borne mechanical movable antenna are affected by the gravity in the ground test. Gravity unload is widely used in ground test to weaken the influence of gravity.However,the accuracy of test data are influenced by different unloading ways caused by antenna structure,driving ability,test condition and so on. Firstly,this paper showed the key factors affected the unloading way of the mechanical movable antenna.Then the differences between different unloading ways are researched.Finally the design points of antenna unloading are discussed. This paper provides a technical reference and basis for the zero gravity unloading of the antenna ground test.
