摘要
为提高车辆悬架性能,提出了一种基于遗传算法与综合性能协调的悬架参数优化方法.首先,建立半车4自由度动力学方程,选择簧载质量加速度、俯仰角加速度、车轮动载荷与悬架动挠度构成悬架综合性能评价指标;其次,结合层次分析法和同尺度化法根据各指标相对重要性和性能统计数据确定悬架综合性能评价指标各加权系数;最后,利用遗传算法以悬架综合性能评价指标为目标函数进行优化.结果表明:悬架综合性能评价指标与作为主要指标的簧载质量加速度和俯仰角加速度的均方根值分别降低了15.38%、12.02%和14.25%,说明上述参数优化方法具有良好的工作效果.
An optimization method of vehicle suspension parameters based on genetic algorithm and suspension comprehensive performance coordination is developed to improve vehicle ride comfort. Firstly,Half Car 4 degrees of freedom dynamic equation is established,and the suspension comprehensive performance index including sprung mass acceleration,pitching acceleration,wheel dynamic loads and suspension dynamic deflections is established. Secondly,weights in the suspension comprehensive performance index are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and normalization methods according to relative importance and performance statistics data of every indicator. Lastly,the suspension comprehensive performance index taken as the objective function and the suspension parameters are optimized by using the genetic algorithm. The results show that the optimized suspension decreases the suspension comprehensive performance index and the root-meansquares of the sprung mass acceleration and pitching acceleration which are the mainly indicators for vehicle ride comfort by15. 38%,12. 02% and 14. 25% respectively. So,the newly developed optimization method can function well in optimizing the vehicle suspension parameters.
