摘要 首先,探讨了海上信息感知大数据的内涵与特点,除具有一般大数据的"4V"特征外,还具有强对抗性、强实时性、高碎片性和高交互性等特点;然后,系统梳理了国内外相关研究及应用进展情况,分析了海上信息感知体系存在的数据不够用、数据不可用、数据不会用和数据不敢用等问题;最后,提出了海上信息感知大数据在大数据平台、数据质量管理、目标关联融合、目标行为规律挖掘和复杂数据可视化等方面的关键技术,可为推动海上感知大数据应用提供参考。 Firstly, the connotation and the characteristics of the maritime information sensing big data are discussed. Besides the common "4V" features of the big data, it has characteristics of strong opposability, high real time performance, special fragmentation, and strong interactivity. Then, the domestic and foreign situation of the interrelated research and the developed applica tion are summarized. The existent problems of the maritime information sensing system, inclu ding without enough data, available data, able to use data, and dare to use data are analyzed. Fi nally, the key technologies for the maritime information sensing big data, including the big data platform, the data quality management, the target association and fusion, the target behavior rule mining, and the complex data visibility, are proposed. It can provide a reference to develo ping the application of the maritime information sensing big data.
