摘要
对室内合成的1~#~5~#5种酸化转向剂主剂对盐酸溶液粘度的影响进行了评价,结果表明,5~#酸化转向剂不仅能起到很好的转向暂堵作用,且酸液破胶彻底,返排容易,大幅度降低了转向剂在储层的残留量,减少了对储层的伤害。对水、乙二醇单丁醚、乙醇和二甲苯4种溶剂对主剂在酸中的溶解性及主剂变粘性能影响进行了评价,结果表明,5~#转向剂易溶于有机溶剂,不易溶于水;酸化转向剂5~#-2、5~#-3在盐酸中溶解迅速,静置120 min后溶液均一透明,无沉淀,无分层;酸化转向剂5~#-2的粘度上升趋势比酸化转向剂5~#有所减缓,最大粘度也有所下降,其在粘度最高点的稳定段较长,破胶迅速,可选用乙二醇单丁醚用作5~#转向剂的溶剂。因此,以5~#为酸化转向剂主剂,以乙二醇单丁醚为溶剂的酸化转向剂5~#-2效果最优。
The influence of five kinds of laboratory synthetic acidification steering main agent 1# to 5# on the viscosity of hydrochloric acid solution was evaluated. The results show that the 5# acidification steering agent not only has better temporary plugging effect, but also breaks acid gel thoroughly and returneds and discharges easily, thus greatly reducing the residual amount of steering agent in the reservoir and the damage to the reservoir. The solubility in acid and the viscosity of the main agent in four kinds of solvents, water, butylcellosolve, ethanol and xylene, were evaluated. The results show that 5# steering agent is easy to dissolve in organic solvent and not in water. The acidification steering agent 5#-2 and 5#-3 are dissolved rapidly in hydrochloric acid, the solution is homogeneous and transparent after 120 min, no precipitation and stratification. The increasing trend of the viscosity of 5#-2 acidification steering agent is slower than that of 5# acidifying agent, and its maximum viscosity is also decreased, and its stable length at the top of the viscosity is longer and it breaks gel quickly. Therefore, butylcellosolve is chosen for the solvent of 5#steering agent. The research show that the effect is the best with 5# the acidification steering agent as main agent, and with butylcellosolve as the solvent of acidification steering agent 5#-2.
