摘要
目的探讨他克莫司软膏联合针刺治疗敏感性皮肤(血热风盛型)临床疗效。方法将我院2015年10月至2017年9月间收治的敏感性皮肤(血热风盛型)患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=40)以及对照组(n=40)。其中对照组采取他克莫司软膏治疗,研究组在此基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果经过治疗,两组患者总症状积分明显下降,但研究组水平要低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(97.50%)较对照组(85.00%)更高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏联合针刺治疗敏感性皮肤(血热风盛型)效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sensitive skin（type of blood heat and wind prosperity）. Methods 80 cases of sensitive skin（type of blood heat and wind prosperity） treated in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2017 were set as the object of study. The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment, the study group was combined with acupuncture treatment on this basis, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total symptom score of the two groups was obviously decreased, but the level of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group（97.50%） was higher than that of the control group（85.00%）, and the difference between the groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with acupuncture on sensitive skin（type of blood heat and wind prosperity） is significant.
