摘要
中国设备监理行业国际知名度与影响力目前正处于上升趋势,但由于起步时间相对发达国家较晚,且国际项目多需求咨询公司提供全过程的项目咨询与管理服务,目前部分监理企业均是以为工程公司服务的借船出海方式进入国际项目。"一带一路"沿线国家基础建设需求不断增大,传统的借船出海形式介入国际项目已不能满足"一带一路"的大环境需求。本文主要介绍了提供全过程咨询和管理服务的国际项目参与模式,如通过与设计单位、工程建设监理联合投标,通过自身升级、借助平台、独立参与,以分供应商形式为项目工程管理方提供设备咨询与监理等。
Chinese equipment supervision is becoming known by more and more clients in the world. However, due to late start and lacking capability to meet the international needs for whole-process consulting engineering service, many Chinese supervision firms go global by providing consulting services for engineering companies. With the increased need for infrastructure construction in the countries along the Belt ＆ Road, the way of entering international market by taking other’s boat can no longer meet the new situation. This paper mainly introduces the new mode to participate in international projects by providing whole process consulting and management services. An equipment supervision firm may participate in a joint bidding together with a designing company or a construction supervision company, or provide service for the project management company as a sub-supplier, or bid for an international project as an independent participant.
