摘要
液压挖掘机在施工过程中,工作装置中经常出现斗杆断裂、绞点失效、挖掘区域不合理等问题,严重影响了液压挖掘机的安全使用。分析液压挖掘机的结构组成,探讨液压挖掘机反铲装置的运动及优化模型,对液压挖掘机的工作装置加以优化设计,确保其安全、稳定的运行。
During the construction process of hydraulic excavators,there are frequent problems such as the failure of the stick,the failure of the twisted points,and the unreasonable excavation area in the working device,which seriously affects the safe use of the hydraulic excavator. It analyzes the hydraulic excavator's structure composition,discusses the movement and optimization model of the hydraulic excavator backhoe device,and optimizes the design of the working device of the hydraulic excavator to ensure its safe and stable operation.
