摘要
基于职务犯罪案件数量的统计与分析可以发现:中共十八大以来,中国廉洁政治生态持续优化,中国廉洁政治生态的演变进入一个全新时代,其根本成因是"现代性优化廉洁政治生态"的形成。这与经济发展水平提升、经济管理制度优化、强政权状态增强、反腐力度与反腐制度化水平的提升等密切相关。根据中共十八大以来中国廉洁政治生态演变规律、中共十九大对进一步优化廉洁政治生态的规划等可以从宏观上推导出新时代中国廉洁政治生态演变趋向及其路径。
Based on the statistics and analysis of the number of duty- crime cases, we found since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party- of China, the clean political ecology- of the China has been continuously optimized, and the evolution of the clean political ecology of the China has entered a new era. The fundamental cause of this evolution is the formation of modernity optimi- zes clean politics ecology-, it is closely related to the economic development level, the economic management system optimization, the strengthening of the state of strong political power, anti-corruption efforts and the improvement of the level of the system of anti-corrup- tion. On the basis of the evolution law of clean politics in China since the 18th Party Congress of China and the planning of the 18th Party Congress of China to further optimize clean politics, we can derive the evolvement trend and the path of clean politics in China from the macroscopic perspective.
