摘要
采用分子设计的方法,利用乙二醇、丙三醇在酸催化下反应,得到了含有乙二醇二甘醇、三甘醇、四甘醇、五甘醇、甘油、甘油甘醇醚等多种物质的多分散性助磨剂(AEG),并利用红外(FTIR)、气质联用法(GS-MS)对AEG的成分进行了分析。用常见的三乙醇胺助磨剂进行对照试验,对AEG的助磨性能进行表征与评价。结果表明,AEG有利于水泥的粉磨,性能与三乙醇胺助磨剂相近;高掺量(0.04%)时,可增大3~32μm水泥颗粒含量和比表面积,水泥28 d抗压强度较空白组提高9.06%,性能优于三乙醇胺;同时合成的AEG对水泥及减水剂的适应性无不利影响。
In this study, a kind of dispersive grinding agents (AEG) containing ethanediol, diethylene glycol,triethylene gly- col,tetraethylene glycol,pentaethylene glycol,glycerin and glycerin glycol ether was designed and synthesized using ethanediol, glycerine, and inorganic acid as catalyst via a molecular design method. The obtained grinding agent AEG was characterized with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (Frill) and gas chromatogramphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The grinding property of AEG was evaluated,and common used grinding agent triethanolamine was used as control. The results indicated that the AEG showed good dispersity property for cement,which is similar with triethanolamine. The content (3-32 μm) and surface area of cement was improved with high added amount(0.04%) of AEG,and 28 d compressive strength of cement can increase by 9.06%, which was better than triethanolamine. The results also demonstrated that AEG has no adverse effect to cement and the adaptability of water reducing agent.
