摘要
地方高等师范院校的教师教育特色,使其在教育硕士培养方面有着师资、课程资源、实践基地、教育科研、教师文化诸多优势;但由于其办学综合实力较弱、区位劣势、教育硕士培养起步晚等原因,使其在招生、培养、管理各项工作中遭遇重重困境。探索解困之道,有利于地方高师院校培养教育硕士事业的可持续发展。
The characteristics of teachers＇ education in the local teachers＇ colleges and universities have brought a lot of advantages in faeuhy, currieulum resources, practice bases, educational re- searches and teacher euhure to the training of Masters of Education. However, due to the weak com- prehensive strength, geographical disadvantages and the late start, the training of Masters of Educa- tion has encountered many diffieuhies in enrolling, training and management.
