摘要
介绍了全自动AGV小车电池更换及充电装置的工作原理及控制系统,AGV小车电池更换及充电装置主要由水平行走机构、垂直升降机构、钩爪提取机构、导轨、支架、充电位、缓存位及检测机构等组成;控制系统主要由西门子300系列PLC、通迅模块、输入模块、输出模块、SEW伺服电动机、SEW伺服电缸及传感器等组成。运行结果表明:AGV小车电池更换及充电系统运行平稳、定位准确且高效,系统采用冗余设计,为上下双层相同的结构布置,其中一层为备用层,可对多台AGV小车进行电池更换及充电,在2 min内可完成电池的自动更换,大幅提高企业生产效率及降低工人的劳动强度;该系统可对不同型号的小车电池进行更换,具有很高的实用价值与市场前景。
The battery replacement and charging device of AGV is introduced, including a horizontal rolling mechanism, a vertical lifting mechanism, a hook claw mechanism, a guide rail, a bracket, five charging stations, a buffer station and the detecting sys- tem. The electrical system contains SIEMENS PLC, communication module, input module, output module, SEW servo motor, SEW servo cylinder, sensor and other components. The results show that the system is stable, high efficiency,which can replace the bat- tery for one AGV in 2 minutes. The device ,which can greatly enhance the production efficiency and reduce the intensity of opera- tors, has broad practical value and market prospect.
