摘要
"新三板"的发展是我国多层次资本市场建设的必经之路,它能帮助企业获得资金,并且丰富投资者的投资方式。"新三板"市场在运行中存在挂牌企业质量参差不齐、信息披露制度不健全、市场流动性不足、转板机制不健全等问题。根据我国国情,提出实行大宗交易、健全退市机制、创新交易方式和技术、加大对违反信息披露规则的惩罚力度等对策。
The＂new three board＂is the development of China＇s multi-level capital market construction of the only way,it can help enterprises to obtain funds,and enrich the way investors invest.In the operation of the＂new three board＂market,there are some problems such as uneven quality of listed enterprises,incomplete information disclosure system,insufficient market liquidity,and incomplete rotating board mechanism.According to China＇s national conditions,it is proposed to carry out block trading,perfect delisting mechanism,innovative trading methods and technologies,and to increase penalties for violating information disclosure rules.
