摘要
文章分析了大蒙皮零件使用柔性多点支撑工装数控铣切蒙皮内外轮廓及孔的加工特点以及加工过程中存在的一些问题,提出了大蒙皮零件柔性装夹数控铣切的工艺设计、数控编程策略及数控铣切的基本方法,为后续同类产品的研制积累了宝贵的经验。
In this paper, the machining characteristics of inside and outside contours and holes of large skin parts with flexible multi-point support are analyzed, and some problems existing in the process are also analyzed. The process design, CNC programming strategy and basic method of CNC milling for large skin parts with flexible clamping are put forward, which accumulate valuable experience for the subsequent development of similar products.
