小儿肠套叠经延时再次空气灌肠复位术治疗的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨延时再次空气灌肠复位术治疗肠套叠患儿的临床预期效果。方法:先根据间隔时间对112例某院2015年2月~2017年3月期间收治的肠套叠患儿进行分组,实验组56例患儿间隔1~24h,对照组56例间隔>24h,两组均行延时再次空气灌肠复位术,对比其总有效率与治疗满意度。结果:实验组肠套叠患儿总有效率高于对照组,治疗满意度也高于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肠套叠患儿的总有效率与治疗满意度可通过间隔1~24h延时再次空气灌肠复位术治疗显著提高,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the issue of delay repeated re-air enema reduction in the treatment of intussusception in children.Methods:112 cases of children with intussusception treated in a hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the interval time,with 56 cases in each group.The interval time in the experimental group was 1~24 h,and that in the control group was more than 24 hours.Both groups were treated with delayed re-air enema reduction,and the total effective rate and treatment satisfaction were compared.Results:The total effective rate of intussusception in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction of intussusception patients can be improved by interval 1~24 hdelayed re-air enema reduction,which is worth popularizing.
