摘要
[目的/意义]为促进我国科技期刊实现开放获取提供参考。[方法/过程]对COAJ平台认证的开放获取期刊数量、开放度、学科分布、地域分布及影响因子分布现状进行统计分析。选取其中19种开放获取期刊进行案例分析,探讨开放获取发展中存在的问题。[结果/结论]提出加强开放获取平台的建设、引入市场竞争、鼓励和支持作者和期刊实现初始端开放、开展英文翻译并利用网络化优势开展多种增值服务、重视知识产权保护等促进我国科技期刊实现开放获取的措施。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for promoting open access to sci-tech journals in China.[Method/process]The paper makes a statistical analysis on the quantity, degree of openness, subject distribution, geographical distribution and distribution of influencing factors of sci-tech journals certified and provided by China Open Access Journals（COAJ） platform. It selects 19 open access journals for case analysis, and discusses the existing problems in the development of open access. [Result/conclusion]The paper proposes some steps to promote the open access to journals in China including enhancing the construction of open access journals platform, introducing market competition, encouraging and supporting the author and journal to achieve the initial open access, carrying out English translation and using network advantages to develop a variety of value-added services, and emphasizing on intellectual property protection.
