摘要
数字系统控制器是伺服系统中重要的组成部分,目前多选用DSP芯片作为控制器,但DSP芯片成本高,故需要选择一款性能出色且低成本的芯片作为替代。文章选用一种STM32芯片作为控制器,通过无线模块发送控制指令,STM32接收到指令并传输给步进电机的驱动模块,驱动模块发送指令给步进电机,并带动机械臂按指令方向进行运动。通过程序设计,实现了步进电机控制机械臂进行各方向的稳定运动,且控制精度良好。经实验验证,该控制器稳定性良好,步进电机运动的各项指标符合要求。
The digital system controller is an important part of the servo system.At present,DSP chip is chosen as the controller,but the cost of DSP chip is high.So we need to choose a chip with excellent perfonnance and low cost as an altemative.In this paper,a STM32 chip is selected as the controller,and the contxol instructions are sent through the wireless module.STM32 re-ceives the instruction and transfers to the driving module of the stepper motor.The driving module sends instructions to the stepper motor,and drives fhe robot ann to move according to the direction of instruction.Through the program desigo ,fhe steppe motor control aim has a stable motion in all directions,and the control precision is good.lt is proved by experiments that the stability of the controller is good and the indexes of the motion of the stewing motor meet the requirements.
