摘要 某航空发动机压气机部件在两次性能录取试验时均出现了振动超限的情况。为保证试验顺利进行,通过对振动数据分析,并结合试验件转子的动力学及刚度仿真计算,提出转子对中性以及螺栓连接松动是导致试验振动出现异常的原因。相关试验及分析结果表明,对中性改善后,试验件2倍频响应会明显降低;连接螺栓松动会导致试验件支承刚度降低,试验件转子无法通过临界转速,使得试验件振动持续维持在较高水平。本文的分析方法,可为解决类似问题提供借鉴参考。 The overlimit vibration occurred in two performance tests of an aero-engine compressor. In order to ensure the test, through the analysis of vibration data and combining the rigidity test pieces of rotor dynamics and the simulation calculation, the shaft alignment and bolted looseness of the rotor are the causes of the abnormal vibration test. The results of correlation test and analysis show that the double frequency response of the test piece is significantly reduced after the alignment improved. The loose connection can lead to lower stiffness of the test piece and cause the rotor failure to pass the critical speed. Thus, the vibration of the test piece can be sustained at a higher level. The analysis method of this paper can provide reference for solving similar problems.
