摘要
简洁高效的商务沟通是顺利进行商务交往的关键。书信往来是开展对外贸易业务中使用最广泛的通讯联系方法。如何草拟一篇好的商务英语信函一直以来都是对外商务工作者十分关心的问题。本文从词汇、句子和语篇入手,深入探讨商务英语信函的语言特点。本研究对提高学生商务写作能力有着重要的意义。
Efficient communication is key to a successful business activity. Correspondence and letter are the most common way of communication in foreign trade. Business people always concern about how to draft a good business correspondence. In this paper, the author will discuss about the linguistic features of business English correspondence from vocabulary, sentence and text. This paper will help improve students’ business writing ability.
