摘要
实施有效教学,最关键的因素是教师。教师专业素质决定着教学效益,决定教育质量的高低。在辨析了有效教学与教师专业素质的关系,以及《中西医结合儿科学》教学内容分析的基础上,对提升教师专业素质进行了实践与探索。
Teachers are the most important factor in effective teaching.The professional quality of teachers determines the effectiveness of teaching as well as the quality of education.On the basis of the analysis of the relationship between effective teaching and the professional quality of teachers,and on the basis of the teaching contents of Pediatrics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,the practice and exploration of improving the professional quality of teachers were carried out.
