摘要
简要介绍回声测深仪校准装置的工作原理、实现方式及在远程计量校准工作中的使用价值,重点介绍回声测深仪远程交互功能实现方式、实现原理、硬件设计及组网模式,将无线通信功能集成于回声测深仪校准装置上从而能够实现待测仪器设备和远程终端的交互功能。通过对两种不同品牌型号的回声测深仪和不同水深值进行校准试验,回声测深仪校准装置的校验精确性和远程交互功能传输稳定性符合要求,测量误差偏离值符合国家计量检定要求。其远程交互功能能够实现100 m范围内仪器设备连接和远程终端的数据准确传输。
Work principle and implementation of the echo sounder calibration device and its value in measure calibration were briefly introduced. The realization mode and principle,hardware design and networking mode of the remote interactive function of the echo sounder calibration were mainly introduced. The wireless communication function integrated in the echo sounder calibration device was developed to realize the remote measure calibration.By calibrating the echo sounder and different water depths for two different brand models,the accuracy of the calibration and the remote communication function of the echo sounder calibration device fulfill the requirements,and deviation error meets national verification requirements. Remote interactive function enables transfer of data within the 100 m range and remote terminal device is connected accurately.
