摘要
随着计算机技术等多门学科的发展并应用于机械领域,智能化设计已成为一种新的技术和方法。依据车轮设计特点,介绍了智能化设计的实现方法,将基于知识的智能化设计技术运用在车轮上,采用专家系统开发工具CLIPS完成知识的自动推理,编写出车轮推理机程序和代码,采用Pro/E软件建立车轮模型,论述C#.NET中调用CLIPS编程技术的实现方法和过程,研究并开发车轮智能化设计系统。智能化设计可提高设计开发效率,降低成本。
With the development of computer technology and many other disciplines applied to machinery,intelligent design has become a new technology and method. According to the characteristics of the wheel design,realization method of the intelligent design was introduced in this article. The intelligent design technique based on knowledge was applied to the wheel design; the expert system development tools CLIPS was used to complete the automatic reasoning of knowledge,the wheel inference procedures and code were then written; the Pro/E software was used to establish the wheel model,the realization method and process of C#.NET called CLIPS programming technology was discussed,and the intelligent design system of wheel was researched and developed. It is shown that the intelligent design can improve the efficiency of development,and reduce the cost.
