摘要
采用质性研究中诠释现象研究方法,以面对面、深度访谈的方式采访收集了15名某三级甲等综合性医院负责护生实践教学的临床带教老师的相关信息资料,在分析这些访谈资料的基础上得出以下结论:当下临床实习阶段的95后护生人文关怀能力总体情况表现参差不齐,少数护生表现出很突出的人文关怀能力,但是大部分护生表现仍较弱。影响因素除了自身素质、学校教育之外,还包括实习环境。针对人文关怀能力较弱的实习护生提出以下培养对策:加强学校护理人文关怀教育特别是临床实习阶段的人文关怀意识与能力;培养护生职业精神,增强职业自豪感;提高临床带教老师的人文关怀能力。
By using the method of interpretation of the phenomenon in qualitative research,taking the methods of face-to-face and in-depth interviews,this paper interviewed and collected information of 15 clinical teaching teachers who were in charge of the practice of nursing students in a top three general hospital,and based on the analysis of these interviews,drawn the following conclusions: In the current clinical practice stage,the overall situation of post-95 s nursing trainees' humanistic care ability was uneven,and only minority of them shown outstanding humanistic care ability,while most of them shown weak humanistic care ability. The influencing factors included not only their own quality and school education,but also practice environment. Aiming at nursing trainees with weak humanistic care ability,this paper proposed the following training countermeasures: strengthening the humanistic care education in school nursing education,especially the humanistic care awareness and ability during clinical practice period; cultivating professionalism and enhancing the nursing trainees' professional pride and improving the clinical teaching teachers' humanistic care ability.
