随着信息技术的快速发展,人们的物质生活水平日益提高,医疗技术手段正在不断地创新,医耗用的材料也在医疗诊断过程中运用得越来越广泛,面对日益增长的物质文化需求,医院的卫生医疗措施及设备也要在合理的规范下,注重技术性能方面的提高,特别是多元化发展的今天,医疗设备生产厂家供应商日益竞争激烈,供销渠道日益复杂,怎样才能确保相关医疗设备的耗材质量,预防不良事故的发生,也是摆在医院管理面前最为现实的问题。医疗设备和相关器材的深入管理,对于医疗事业的发展至关重要,只有确保器材的安全和质量,才能使得医院医疗活动更加顺畅。20世纪很多医院引进ISO 9000国际标准化质量管理体系,在医疗设备管理上注重程序方面的质量把关,注重建立起质量流程管理体系,从流程开始监控,严格把关并注重良性循环,才能使得医院管理实现标准化。
