摘要
目的探讨唑来膦酸联合NP化疗治疗乳腺癌骨转移的效果。方法收集我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的110例乳腺癌骨转移患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组(55例,行NP化疗)和B组(55例,行唑来膦酸联合NP化疗治疗),比较两组治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果 B组患者治疗效果优良率为87.27%,明显高于A组(70.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者不良反应发生率为12.73%,与B组患者不良反应发生率(10.91%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合NP化疗治疗乳腺癌骨转移的效果显著,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zoledronic Acid combined with NP chemotherapy treating bone metastasis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 110 breast cancer patients with bone metastasis from January 2015 to January2017 in our hospital were enrolled as research objects.They were randomly divided into group A（n=55,NP chemotherapy alone） and group B（n=55,Zoledronic Acid combined with NP chemotherapy）.The treatment effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment effect in group B was 87.27%,which was significantly higher than 70.91% that in group A,with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between group A and group B（12.73% vs.10.91%,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Zoledronic Acid combined with NP chemotherapy in the treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer can obtain a significant effect in high safety.
