摘要
众所周知,女性阿尔茨海默病的发病率高于男性,相关研究也表明雌激素以及雌激素受体与阿尔茨海默病的发病机制密切相关。近年研究较多的是下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴对阿尔茨海默病的影响,包括LH、FSH和HCG等对阿尔茨海默病的发病均有一定的作用,通过不同途径参与细胞外老年斑和细胞内神经纤维缠结的形成。现对下丘脑垂体性腺轴激素在阿尔茨海默病发病的作用进行综述,以提高这方面的认识。
It is known that the incidence of Alzheimer's disease in women is higher than that in men. Studies showed that estrogen and estrogen receptors were closely related to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. In recent years,the influence of hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis on Alzheimer's disease has been studied,including LH,FSH and HCG participating in the formation of extracellular senile plaques and intracellular fibrillary tangles in different ways. This article reviewed the role of hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis hormones in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease,in order to improve the understanding of this area.
