摘要
目的分析良性前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的效果。方法 2015年1月—2016年12月在我院进行诊治的良性前列腺增生患者84例,随机分组研究。试验组42例予以经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,参照组42例进行传统开放性治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者的手术情况均优于参照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗总体有效率为92.86%,高于参照组患者的73.81%(χ~2=5.49,P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生具有手术耗时短、术后康复快以及并发症少等优势,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efect of benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 84 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. 42 cases in the experimental group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate, and 42 cases in the control group were treated with traditional open treatment. The clinical efcacy of the two groups was compared. Results The patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The overall efective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.86%, higher than that in the control group of 73.81% （χ^2=5.49, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia has the advantages of shorter operation time,faster postoperative recovery and less complications.
