焊接工艺对CHE607QR熔敷金属力学性能的影响

摘要 选用CHE607QR焊条,采用焊条电弧焊在07Mn Ni Mo DR钢基体上以不同焊接工艺进行堆焊试验,并分析不同条件下回火后熔敷金属的力学性能。620℃×1h热处理条件下,焊接电流可选择范围为140~180A;在580℃×6h热处理条件下,当线能量小于40.2 kJ/cm时,可以获得较好的力学性能;随着线能量的增加,熔敷金属中C、Si、Mn降低,其余元素变化不大;道间温度在100~170℃时,熔敷金属均保持较好的冲击韧性;焊后580℃×6h热处理状态具有-70℃无塑性转变温度(NDT);经焊后热处理组织形态由焊态的针状铁素体+M-A组元转变为针状铁素体+细颗粒碳化物。 The CHE607 QR Electrodes were deposited on 07 Mn Ni Mo DR substrate by shielded metal arc welding in this paper.Then we studied the mechanical properties of the tempered welding joints in different conditions. The welding current can be selected from 140 ~ 180 A in the condition of 620 ℃ by 1 h heat treatment. When the line energy is less than 40. 2 kJ/cm,good mechanical properties can be obtained in the condition of 580 ℃ by 6 h heat treatment. With the increase of line energy,C,Si and Mn are reduced in the deposition metal,and the remaining elements are not changed much. The each weld layer temperature at 100 ~170 ℃,the deposited metals have good impact toughness. There has no ductility transition temperature at-70 ℃( NDT) in the condition of 580 ℃ by 6 h heat treatment. By post weld heat treatment,the microstructure was transformed from acicular ferrite and M-A constituent to acicular ferrite and fine particle carbides.
