基于模糊诊断理论的车辆空调系统故障诊断方法 被引量:5

摘要 为有效诊断特种车辆空调系统故障,及时准确地定位故障原因,以模糊诊断理论的车辆空调系统为对象研究其故障诊断方法。分析空调系统故障模式,建立故障模糊数学模型,确定故障征兆和故障原因的模糊关系,基于经验维修和专家诊断确定了综合模糊隶属度,根据最大隶属度原则,确定故障征兆所对应的故障原因的最大隶属度,从而判断出导致空调系统发生故障的原因。研究结果表明:该方法能够准确可靠定位故障,有效缩短维修时间。 Aiming at effectively diagnosis for air condition system fault of the special vehicle and correctly finding out fault reason in time, research fault diagnosis method of air condition system of vehicle based on fuzzy diagnosis theory. Analyze the air condition system fault mode, establish fault fuzzy math model, ascertain the fuzzy relation of fault symptoms and fault reason, and determine the comprehensive fuzzy membership based on experience maintenance and expert diagnosis. According to max membership principle, determine the max membership of fault symptoms to fault reason, then find out the reason for air condition system. The research results show that the method can correctly and reliably find out the fault location and effectively shorten the maintenance time.
