摘要
目前江西省正大力推进装配式建筑产业发展。从江西省发展装配式建筑产业的基础、江西省发展装配式建筑产业具备良好的市场前景、江西省发展装配式建筑产业的现行政策和现阶段江西省发展装配式建筑产业面临的问题方面分析了江西省发展装配式建筑产业现状。基于对国内部分地区发展装配式建筑产业政策的调研,从财政方面、土地规划方面、税收金融方面和建设环节方面梳理了国内部分地区出台的发展装配式建筑产业政策。最后从分区推进政策建议、财政政策建议、土地规划政策建议、税收金融政策建议和建设环节政策建议方面提出了推进江西省装配式建筑产业发展的政策建议,从而为江西省政府完善装配式建筑产业政策提供参考。
At present the prefabricated building industry in Jiangxi is energetically promoted.From the basis, the good market prospects,the current policy, and the pending problem of the prefabricated building industry development in Jiangxi, this paper analyses the current situation of the prefabricated building industry development in Jiangxi. Based on the survey of the policy for the prefabricated building industry development of part in China, this paper combs the policy for the prefabricated building industry development of part in China from the aspects of public economy, land planning, construction, tax and finance. Finally the policy recommendations for promoting the prefabricated building industry development in Jiangxi are put forward from the regional promotion policy recommendation, the fiscal policy recommendation, the land planning policy recommendation, the tax and financial policy recommendation and the construction policy recommendation. And it provides the reference for Jiangxi provincial government to perfecting the policy of the prefabricated building industry.
