摘要
我国目前对于农民工的职业培训方面的研究成果较丰富,但大部分都是针对培训宏观方面的研究,没有针对性;也有部分学者通过对国外劳动力培训的研究成果进行梳理,在此基础上借鉴国外的这些先进经验来改革我国目前的农民工职业培训现状;还有部分学者是从当地农民工职业培训的实际情况出发进行研究,但是做到"以点切面"的深入研究仍然很少。笔者在此针对北京市农民工职业培训的问题进行研究,对于提升农民工培训效果有着一定的实用意义。
China currently has rich research results in the field of vocational training for migrant workers, but most of them are aimed at the macroscopic aspects of training and are not targeted; some scholars also comb the research results of foreign labor training and on the basis draw these advanced experiences of foreign countries to reform the current status of vocational training for migrant workers in China;some scholars study from the actual situation of local migrant workers＇ vocational training, but it is still rare to make deep-rooted research.The author here studies the issue of vocational training for rural migrant workers in Beijing, which has certain practical significance for improving the training effect of migrant workers.
