摘要
目的分析综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病患者血糖控制及并发症发生率的影响效果。方法选取护理过的妊娠合并糖尿病患者,收取例数和收取时间分别为90例和2016年3月~2017年6月,随机分为两组,分为对照组采取常规护理、观察组实施综合护理,每组各45例,比较两组血糖水平控制情况、并发症发生率、妊娠结局。结果观察组妊娠合并糖尿病患者空腹血糖(7.21±1.02)mmol/L;餐后2h血糖(8.41±1.32)mmol/L;Hb Alc(6.52±1.03)%,显著优于对照组各项指标,P<0.05。观察组妊娠合并糖尿病患者并发症发生率2.22%明显低于对照组22.22%,两组间相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠合并糖尿病患者剖宫产占比4.44%、阴道分娩占比91.11%、早产占比4.00%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于妊娠合并糖尿病患者中,能够有效改善患者血糖水平,同时还能降低并发症的发生,值得研究。
Objective To analyze the influence effect of comprehensive nursing on blood glucose control and incidence of complications in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. Methods From March 25,2016 to June 28,2017,ninety cases with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing）,observation group（comprehensive nursing）, with 45 cases in each group.Blood sugar level control,complication rate and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the fasting plasma glucose was（7.21±1.02）mmol/L,the postprandial 2 h blood glucose was（8.41±1.32）mmol/L,Hb Al C was（6.52±1.03）%,all were significantly better than those of control group（P 0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（22.22%）,compared with that in the two groups（P 0.05）.In the observation group,cesarean section accounted for 4.44%,vaginal delivery accounted for 91.11%,and preterm birth accounted for 4%,which were significantly better than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to the patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth studying.
