摘要
采用分子印迹技术,以罗红霉素(Rox)为模板分子,选择最佳制备Rox分子印迹聚合物的条件,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜对其进行表征,利用高效液相色谱测定聚合物对Rox的吸附性能。结果表明,罗红霉素分子印迹聚合物对Rox呈良好特异性吸附性能,后续可作为固相萃取填料应用于水体中罗红霉素的分离、富集和检测。
Molecular imprinting polymers(MIPs) using roxithromycin(Rox) as template, choose the best condition to produce MIPs. The composition and structure were characterized by IR and SEM. The adsorption property of polymer to Rox was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the Rox-MIPs exhibited good specific adsorption. It could be used as solid phase extraction filler for the separation, enrichment and detection of SPI in environmental water.
