摘要
目的应用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟方法分析二叶式主动脉瓣(BAV)伴升主动脉扩张患者的血流状况。方法用磁共振成像仪器扫描的1例BAV伴升主动脉扩张患者的影像学资料,利用CFD数值建模,分析血流动力学状况。结果扩张部位有流速较高区域并往外侧偏移,扩张部位有流速较高区域壁面压强均较高,升主动脉近端切应力较高,集中于升主动脉窦管交界部及升主动脉窦管交界以上2 cm处。结论通过CFD数值模拟方法可以对BAV患者进行血流动力学研究分析。
Objective To analyze the blood flow status in bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) with ascending aorta dilatation by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation method. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging data of one case of BAV with ascending aortic dilatation were analyzed by CFD numerical modeling. Results The dilatation region showed a high flow velocity region; the high velocity region showed a high wall pressure ; the proximal end of ascending aorta showed a high shearing stress at the junction of ascending aortic sinus canal and 2 em above the junction of ascending aortic sinus canal. Conclusion CFD numerical simulation method can be used to study the hemodynamic factors of BAV patients.
